Below is a quick overview of our major benefits:

Health Insurance

Full-time employees are eligible for our group health insurance program with Anthem Blue Cross. Anthem offers outstanding medical coverage along with disease management programs, health updates, wellness programs and access to their Web site, offering a complete range of other products to meet your health needs.

Vision Insurance

Our vision plan provides coverage for eye exams, eyeglass lenses, frames, and contacts lenses.

Dental Insurance

Our dental insurance plan provides a Dual-Choice Benefit Program for full-time employees. You may choose benefit coverage through a network of participating dental providers, or reimbursement for covered dental service from any licensed dentist you select.

Short-Term Disability Insurance

All full-time employees have the choice to enroll in our Short-Term Disability Insurance at group rates. Short-Term Disability Insurance covers you from the 1st day through the 90th day for that unexpected accident or illness.

Long-Term Disability

All full-time employees are automatically enrolled in our Long-Term Disability coverage, at no charge to the employee. This valuable insurance provides coverage for that unexpected illness or accident from the 91st day.

Life Insurance

All full-time employees are automatically enrolled in a $25,000 life insurance program, at no charge to the employee. Low rates are available for dependent coverage as well.

401(k) Plan

After one year of employment, with 1,000 hours, employees are eligible to enroll in our 401(k) plan. You’ll have excellent investments, as well as up-to-date education at your fingertips, all available to you online. A company match has been included for the past twelve years.

Tuition Reimbursement Program

The Company offers a Tuition Reimbursement Program to employees after one year of employment -- just another way to help you along in your education and career goals.

Recognition Program

At Carmel Financial, we believe in rewarding hard work. We have many programs in place to recognize our employees, ranging from Employee Appreciation Luncheons, Monthly Team Leader Awards and Service Awards recognizing your many years of dedication.

Business Casual Attire

Feel relaxed throughout the workday with our business casual dress code every Thursday, Friday and Saturday. An optional $1.00 Jeans Day is available every Thursday, with all proceeds benefiting our annual food drive.

Other Benefits

Full-time and part-time (minimum 20 hours each week) employees receive vacation after six months of employment. Employees are also given personal and sick days, as well as receiving an additional day off during the month of their birthday.

If you have a positive, team player attitude and understand the importance of quality customer service, then we want you to join our team! Interested applicants must enjoy talking on the phone and have previous computer experience. Although we offer flexible scheduling, some evenings and Saturdays are necessary. Saturday hours are paid at a double time rate, if certain requirements are met during the week.
