Products are shipped within 24 business hours with delivery times of 4-5 business days excluding holidays. Emailed tracking information will be provided when the products ships.
You have up to 30 days from date of purchase to request an exchange or a full refund with no questions asked. Your return must be in new condition, with accompanying packaging unless defective. Shipping charges are not refundable. All returns should be shipped by an insured carrier.
All returned merchandise must be accompanied by a valid RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number issued by our Customer Service Department. All merchandise received without a valid RMA # could delay refund or exchange. To obtain an RMA number you may email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 800-727-2987. Please enclose your receipt and request for an exchange or a refund. We appreciate your help in following this procedure. This will allow us to expedite your refund or exchange.
