LIMITATIONS OF USE
You agree to use the Content and Site only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from any use of the Content or Site that would constitute a violation of any applicable state or federal law, regulation, rule or ordinance or that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability. Any unauthorized use of the Site, including but not limited to unauthorized entry into one of CFC s Secure Portals, misuse of passwords, or misuse of any information posted on the Site is strictly prohibited.
ONLINE PORTALS
CFC offers a customer portal for purpose of applying for and managing loan applications, active accounts, and updating personally identifiable information and account settings. We recommend that users routinely update their password and do not share it with any 3rd parties. CFC offers a dealer portal for purpose of allowing authorized retail partners the ability to submit and track sales finance applications for consumers, that potentially need financing, and that have authorized the retailer to do so with CFC.
CONTENT AND USE RESTRICTIONS
You agree not to upload, share, display, transmit, publish, store or otherwise make publicly available on the Site or on any other website, or in any email, forum, blog or other communication of any kind, any private or personally identifiable information of any CFC User, active or non active borrower, loan applicant, employee or retail partner; including, without limitation, name, address, phone number, email address, Social Security number, driver’s license number, Business Entity name, or bank account or credit card numbers, whether or not such private or personally identifiable information is displayed on or ascertainable from the Site.
Return Policy
You have up to 30 days from date of purchase to request an exchange or a full refund with no questions asked. Your return must be in new condition, with accompanying packaging unless defective. Shipping charges are not refundable. All returns should be shipped by an insured carrier.
RMA Policy
All returned merchandise must be accompanied by a valid RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number issued by our Customer Service Department. All merchandise received without a valid RMA # could delay refund or exchange. To obtain an RMA number you may email support@carmelfinancialservices.com or call 888-220-1822. Please enclose your receipt and request for an exchange or a refund. We appreciate your help in following this procedure. This will allow us to expedite your refund or exchange.

LIMITATION ON LIABILITY
In no event shall cfc be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, or any damages whatsoever, whether in an action under contract, negligence, or any other theory, arising out of or in connection with the use, inability to use, or performance of the information, services, products, and materials available from this site. These limitations shall apply notwithstanding any failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy. Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of consequential or incidental damages, the above limitations and exclusions may not apply.
ERRORS AND OMISSIONS
If occurs the error of information provided via a typographical error or error in the information we received from vendors or individuals, CFC shall have the right to refuse or cancel your request for information or services.
USE OF PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION
CFC’s practices the policies with respect to the collection and use of personally identifiable information are governed by CFC’s Privacy Policy.
TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated by CFC. CFC may terminate any user’s access, or suspend any user’s access, to all or part of Carmelfinancialservices.com without notice, for any reason that CFC, in its sole discretion, believes is in violation of any applicable law or is harmful to the interest of another user, third-party provider, merchant, licensee, service provider, or our website(s).
Any and all provisions of this Agreement shall survive termination of your use or access to the Site: the sections concerning Limitation of Liability, Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution, and General Provisions, and any other provision that by its terms survives termination of your use or access to the Site.
APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
